Visit Fayetteville State University

FSU encourages interested students and their families to come explore our campus—and the city of Fayetteville — to get an up-close look at our facilities, to meet our faculty, and to find out more about the educational and extracurricular opportunities that await.  Family tours are available Monday-Friday at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Tours must be scheduled at least (2) two weeks in advance. Tours are not offered on recognized state holidays, black-out dates and official university breaks.

If the month you are looking for is not currently available, please check back at a later date. Visit sessions are typically created 2 months in advance.

Group Tours

Group tours are available for groups of 10 or more students

  • Campus tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
  • Capacity is 75 students for each session (10 AM or 2 PM). Approval is based on space availability.   
  • Elementary and Middle School group tours are only conducted on Monday of each week. 
  • We require one chaperone per every 15 students.
  • Tours are not offered on recognized state holidays, official university breaks, or other specific dates as indicated on the tour calendar.
